"My hair has always been a challenge because it doesn't color how a normal color process works. Jackie viewed this as a unique challenge and researched what would be the best colors/brand for me and always gets as close as possible to the look I want. Jackie is upfront about her thoughts about what would work with my hair due to it not always "following the color process." The biggest change I've noticed is the colors were staying longer with the current color she uses. Also my hair has gotten softer per Jackie's recommendations on what products I should use. When I come to my appointment it's such a personalized experience because the appointment is dedicated solely to me. I have been to other studios where stylists have booked another appointment when I'm processing my color. It would be extremely frustrating when they weren't frequently checking on my hair and it would be over processed and the color didn't look good or I was rushed out the door with wet hair."

When I first started with Jackie, I had shoulder length hair. 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and ended up losing all of my hair. Once my hair starting growing back, I went to Jackie and she nursed my hair back to health and I ended up with a short style that I really love!
